Occupying a former church, Mark's boasts striking architecture, golden hues, and palpable elegance. Dishes offer an innovative twist on classics, as evidenced by bourbon-glazed pork tenderloin, five pepper-crusted Scottish salmon, lamb loin with basil sauce, and grilled ahi tuna medallions.
